Notez4Totz is offered to children ages infant to 5 years, who are participants in the Family Matters Literacy program. Notez first began at the Madison County Department of Family & Children First.  Notez4Totz utilizes music and art videos, toys, and games to  encourage social interaction and brain stimulation in children ages infant - 5 years.  Children ages 2-5 enjoy various musical art projects to promote the early stages of literacy and expose them to the concept of music and the arts.  Parents are asked to participate with their children to prmote parent/child interaction as well.
